Excalibur Metals Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. It is focused on the discovery of gold and silver deposits in the mining jurisdictions of the Western United States. It has acquired the option to purchase 100% of the Bellehelen Project in Nye Country, Central Nevada. The Bellehelen Project is a low sulphidation epithermal silver-gold prospect. The Bellehelen Project is located in the Kawich Range area of north central Nye County, Nevada, approximately 70 kilometers (km) east-southeast of Tonopah. The property comprises two claim groups, totaling 90 Federal Lode Claims, which cover a total area of 7.51 square kilometers (751 ha).

The Bellehelen Mining District lies along the Kawich-Toiyabe (KT) Lineament, a 100 km long west-northwest structural trend extending from the Reveille Range east of the Property to the Monitor Valley, east of Tonopah, Nevada. The Company has a 100% interest in the North Tybo Project, located in the mining jurisdiction of Nye County, Nevada.
