PichetteClist Gold Project is situated in the GeraldtonBeardmore Greenstone Belt of Northwestern Ontario. The PichetteClist Gold Project consists of mining claims in Northwestern Ontario. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Oakes Gold Project located in Northwestern Ontario. It also holds a 100% interest in the Duc Gold Project located in the Porcupine Mining Division, approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-west of Kapuskasing, Ontario.

Additionally, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp., holds a 100% interest in the Steller Gold Project located in Yukon, Canada.
