G3 Goldfields Inc. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on finding and developing gold projects in Guyana, South America. Its projects include Aremu West and Puruni properties. The Aremu West property is comprised of approximately 20,739 acres and contains at least a six kilometers (km) strike length of a large-scale shear zone that is interpreted to be on the margin of a lower volcanic sequence and upper sedimentary basin. The Puruni properties are located over 35 km southwest of the prolific Oko Shear trend, which hosts nine million ounces of gold discovered. The Puruni property includes both the Tiger Creek Project and the historic Peter's Mine.

Tiger Creek is located within the same prospective greenstone belt that hosts historic high-grade gold occurrences in the Puruni district. The Peter's Mine is located approximately 35 km southwest of the Oko Project in Guyana.
