Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation, formerly Panorama Capital Corp., is a Canada-based gold–silver exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing high-potential precious metals assets in Nevada's prolific Walker Lane Trend. Its flagship asset, the 100%-owned, 5,000+ acre Rays–West Dome Project (the Project), is located approximately 12 kilometers (km) north of the historic Tonopah mining district. It has consolidated several historic mining areas with past-producing mines into a single, highly prospective brownfields land package exceeding 5,000 acres.
