The Chemicals area comprises the operations of Industrias Negromex SA de CV, Resirene SA de CV, Nhumo SA de CV and Dynasol Elastomeros SA de CV, which are dedicated to the production and export of such chemicals as synthetic rubbers, polystyrene and carbon black.

The Consumers Goods area includes the activities of Herdez del Fuerte SA de CV, a company engaged in the food processing sector; Rexcel SA de CV, a decorative wooden-panels manufacturer, and Agroken SA de CV, a company active in the production and sale of meat under the Keken brand.
